Students at the Sioux Falls, SD campus will experience Aladdin’s innovative brands including a wide selection of made-to-order nutritious menu items. The Salsbury Dining Hall will also receive a refresh, expanding the salad bar which will feature an abundance of fresh greens, homemade soups, and deli sandwiches available for lunch and dinner Other brands include Jump Start breakfast items; Classic Kitchen homestyle favorites; Sauce & Stone fresh pasta; Flame; Sweet Shop and Global Fare where students will enjoy cultural menus from open to close!
Aladdin’s signature brands are reflective of today’s campus dining eating trends where healthier eating and vegan lifestyles are at the forefront. Through Aladdin’s BeWell wellness interactive program, the culinary team will make the healthy choice the easy choice. Gluten-free and vegan options will also be available through BeWell, including A- Zone, our allergy awareness station that focuses on safe choices for our guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, or intolerances.
As part of its commitment to health and wellness, Aladdin will also offer Fueled, a value-added sports nutrition program! Fueled by BeWell, was developed by a team of registered dietitian nutritionists to enhance optimal nutrition for peak performance! Student-athletes and any active individuals receive tools and resources such as education materials, BeWell Menu options available, team sports presentations, individualized nutrition plans using recipes through BeWell for pre-and post-game performance, and overall support by our team of registered dietitian nutritionists.
Aladdin will expand offerings in the Cooper’s Café with its Tryon Market grab-and-go meals, along with We Proudly Serve Starbucks beverages and pastries for breakfast, with signature menu items for lunch and dinner! Orders can be placed through the new OrderEats app, making convenience a priority for students!
Aladdin also engages faculty and staff with an exciting $5 Friday promotion, a fun way to encourage them to dine with us, while special events will have access to Aladdin’s professional catering expertise!
