Aladdin Opens North Idaho College’s “The Market” with Halloween Themed Party and Signature Food Brands!

“North Idaho College (NIC) thanks Aladdin for planning and hosting the campus dining grand opening. This event is further evidence of the strong relationship developing between Aladdin and NIC, with special focus on the student experience, ” said Steve McGroarty, NIC Business Manager – DHS.

The celebratory atmosphere in The Market featured Aladdin’s signature Bowl and Broth.  A pop-in concept for special events, Bowl and Broth is a traditional Southern Vietnamese-inspired rice noodle bowl prepared with a variety of plant-rich and traditional proteins, fresh vegetables and herbs.   Students also enjoyed a photo booth and a Halloween-themed sundae bar for dessert!

“Event attendees were also treated to delicious seasonal goodies, participated in fun activities, and had the opportunity to win generous prizes.  Thank you, Aladdin,” added McGroarty.

Aladdin was selected by NIC over the summer for its reputation in serving high-quality, nutritious food, and a focus on wellness that helps to keep students healthy and energized to accomplish their studies.

In addition to Aladdin’s signature brands, Aladdin continues to offer a variety of “must-have” menu items in The Cardinal Café including locally loved DOMA coffees!   Aladdin is committed to supporting local businesses and when possible, incorporates these local favorites into its portfolio of trending brands.  Sourcing local agriculture and using seasonal ingredients is also a top priority in enhancing the freshness of our food offerings.

“We truly value the partnership with NIC and the surrounding community,” said Aladdin District Manager Mark Slater.
