“Aladdin’s excellent reputation will help elevate our on-campus dining experience in Linn. After 5 straight years of record-breaking enrollment numbers, we knew now was the perfect time to partner with Aladdin,” says President Shawn Strong. This new partnership will give our students, faculty, and staff a tremendous amount of dining options. We will literally have something for everyone.”
This new relationship with State Technical College of Missouri was formalized on July 1st. Campus Dining will open with the Fall 2022 semester. The culinary team will offer trending brands that students love, enhance the dining experience with freshly prepared food, and create a campus dining destination where students can eat, socialize and study!
Aladdin will spice up Founder’s 1961 Cafe (formerly the Main Stream Café) with fresh and healthy prepared signature branded concepts including the Classic Kitchen, homestyle food from home; the Local Deli, made-to-order deli options; Sauce and Stone, freshly made pizza, and Greens, an expansive salad bar, in addition to vegan and allergen-free options, at each meal.
The Sweet Shop is Aladdin’s dessert concept which features an onsite baker who will prepare sweet homemade treats to entice us all to sample something sweet! Aladdin will also improve the look and feel of the dining hall with new serving solutions and creative marketing including dynamic digital signage! A new We Proudly Serve Starbucks will be added to the entrance of Founder’s 1961 Café. Coffee made the way you like with your favorite espresso drinks hot or iced, frozen blended coffee, macchiato and tea.
The Osage Burger Company (formerly Orbit Lounge) will feature classic burgers including the all-American, jalapeno BBQ, steakhouse, and the grilled or crispy chicken sandwich – all prepared on a brioche bun.
Aladdin’s professional catering expertise will add a special touch to every gathering – community celebrations, fundraisers, small faculty, and student meetings.
