It’s the battle of the best this week at Middle Georgia State University Knights Dining, where executive chefs Chris Caracciolo and Ricky Cameron will compete head-to-head in the very first BeWell Iron Chef Cook-off!
Middle Georgia State University Dining Services is starting a new tradition on campus with its first cooking competition this spring. As part of the competition, the chefs will prepare a healthy recipe before a panel of student judges and a live audience. Students will judge the recipes on nutritional value, creativity, taste, use of healthy ingredients and presentation!
