Five Essential Indian Menu Items

Indian food is the rage at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh where Chef Asif Sarkar, a member of Aladdin’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program, offers a global experience during UWO’s Experimental Aircraft Association AirVenture Oshkosh week.

Chef Asif and the team were honored to present the Namaste India concept to the UWO community and the 2022 EAA guests from all over the world, some of whom lodge in the university dorms during the week.
EAA is the largest annual air show of its kind in the world that attracts over 500,000 people from 80 countries. The Indian buffet was a culinary favorite, and guests shared the following comments:
  • “Excellent, very much appreciate the presentation, the chef explaining the ingredients, the wonderful flavors. Thank you!”
  • “Chicken was delicious and the spiciness was very good!”
  • “AAA+++”
  • “Our family’s favorite so far!”
