NHTI-Concord’s Community College, NH, Proudly Partners with Aladdin Campus Dining

“We are excited about this new partnership that began July 1st.  They believe campus dining starts with the student, and they put students at the center of their programmatic initiatives,” says Marsha Bourdon, Business Operations Officer.

Under the management of Food Service Director Stan Corneau, students on the Concord, NH campus will experience Aladdin’s innovative brands including a wide selection of made-to-order nutritious menu items in the Capital Commons Dining Hall. Signature brands include Jump Start breakfast items; Classic Kitchen homestyle favorites; Sauce & Stone fresh pasta; Flame; Sweet Shop and Global Fare where students will enjoy culturally-inspired favorites!

Aladdin’s signature brands are reflective of today’s campus dining eating trends where healthier eating and vegan lifestyles are at the forefront. Through Aladdin’s BeWell wellness interactive program, the culinary team will make the healthy choice the easy choice. Gluten-free and vegan options will also be available through BeWell, including a soup and salad bar with fresh greens and composed salads, as well as Season’s Harvest featuring plant-based foods and recipes inspired by locally grown produce! Capital Commons will also receive a refresh, including digital menus that will provide allergen and nutritional information, and creative marketing that adds to the excitement of the dining experience!

Trending in retail food concepts, Aladdin’s WeBurg, a modern throwback to the American roadside grill, will be offered in the Bistro located in Sweeney Hall. WeBurg features classic burgers or cheeseburgers including the all-American, jalapeno BBQ, steakhouse burger, and the grilled or crispy chicken sandwich – all prepared with fresh ground beef or chicken on a brioche bun! Or, a build your own option offers the flexibility to design your own burger creation from premium toppings and sauces, along with sides including crinkle cut and sweet potato fries. Milkshakes will be prepared with Hood, locally produced ice cream!

Plans for a self-operated micro-mart will also accommodate diners on the go with Aladdin’s Tryon Market grab-and-go meals along with healthcare, sundries, and other convenience items.
