President Dottie L. King, Ph.D., said about the selection, “After looking at many options, the College felt that Aladdin could best serve the campus needs of our diverse population. The College leadership is delighted to announce this new partnership.” Aladdin will begin dining services at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (SMWC) in Indiana on July 1st.
Aladdin delivers menus that meet students’ needs, including the Flame Grill and Classic Kitchen, which offers homestyle and local favorites such as scratch-made cooking, country kitchen flavors, fresh and local produce, and a made-to-order action station.
